How to check furniture quality before shipping
What we inspect on every item before it leaves the warehouse.
A defect found after delivery is expensive: time, messages, return logistics. So the main check happens before shipping.
Against the specification
Dimensions, fabric, colour, hardware, finish. We compare every item with the contract and the approved samples.
Construction
We check that frames are solid, pieces stand level, and mechanisms, drawers and doors work. On upholstery we check seating and seams.
Surfaces
Scratches, chips, uneven paint, stains on fabric, mismatched veneer or leather. Anything visible in normal light is recorded and sent back for fixing.
Packaging
The furniture has a long trip ahead. We check corners, film, cardboard and crates for fragile pieces.
You receive photos and video of the result. The balance is paid only once everything is fine.
